In the COVID-19 crisis, institutions across Europe were asked to come up with new strategies to navigate their systems through wild waters. Consequently, the European Network of Sport Schools (ENOSS) Conference co-hosted by Sportlycée Luxembourg & TW1N on 1-2 December 2021 will strive to help sport schools and talent support models share, discuss and together exploit the manifold innovation that has been created across Europe during this difficult period.
Given the variables accompanying the COVID-19 pandemic, the ENOSS Conference 2021 will take place online and will be free of charge to make it possible for a maximum amount of European practitioners to join the event. Simultaneously, the organisors will focus on creating a most interactive virtual conference to enable practitioners to meet, discuss and exchange expertise and experience – even in digital form.

Your vote counts: Co-create the conference
The final topics of the ENOSS Conference 2021 shall be chosen by the community of European sport schools and talent support models. For this purpose, ENOSS reaches out for your opinion. Help us understand what thematic aspects are most relevant to your system:
- The organisation committee of the conference has pre-identified a selection of 8 potential topics in areas of Talent Development, School Management, Hybrid Teaching and Psychology & Counselling.
- In our short online survey, we ask you to vote for those 3 topics which you find most interesting and important to your system. The survey will only take you 2 minutes to complete. Votes can be casted until 15 August 2021.
- The voting result will directly impact the selection of the final topics for the ENOSS Conference 2021. Thank you for your participation and for distributing the survey in your network.
