Irish Rugby Star as presenter
HerForm is delighted to announce that Claire Small (born McLaughlin), a former Ireland Rugby international, will be the face of our training modules. Claire, now a qualified doctor and TV pundit, will guide athletes through five dynamic modules filled with crucial knowledge to help them excel in their transition to senior-level sport.

This month, filming began in Dublin to create the HerForm prototype, which will be tested by various European and African sport bodies as part of their athlete development programmes. The full HerForm training course will be released in December 2025 and will be available for free, making it a valuable resource for aspiring female athletes worldwide.
