This week marked the transformative kick-off of our collaboration with the Austrian Archery Federation.
TWIN has been engaged to advise Archery Austria on their organisational development in youth athlete support and dual career programming. A half-day workshop represented the beginning of a dedicated effort to empower the next generations of archers in Austria.

The event brought together key players from the federation, fostering interactive discussions to clarify the systemic purpose behind their ambitions while analyzing challenges and opportunities within the existing support framework.
